Anidjar is vocal about his anti-Israel, anti-Western and anti-Christian worldview. He has previously claimed that, “Western Christendom … the West, Europe, even the United States, were solving their Jewish question by exporting it to the Middle East.” Anidjar has also claimed that “Israel is absolutely a colonial enterprise, a colonial settler state, to be precise.”
Anidjar equates anti-Semitism with Orientalism and portrays Muslims as victims of Nazism and the Holocaust. Anidjar views Zionism as anti-Semitic, because it’s targeted at Judaism, Jews, Arabs, and Islam. He applies Prof. Edward Said’s ideology of the “Semite” and accuses “Orientalism” of being anti-Semitic, including being anti-Arab.
